Mental Health Week
Mental Health Week is a chance to reflect on the ways we connect, and to consider the small changes that can make a difference. Being connected online doesn't always translate into feeling connected in our daily lives — seeing someone face-to-face, sharing space, and picking up on nonverbal cues all contribute to a deeper sense of connection than screens can offer.
The Come Together Canada campaign encourages people to make time for a real connection. That could mean inviting a friend for coffee, going for a walk with a family member, or attending a local community event. These everyday moments are essential to our mental health and well-being.
