Marc Desrochers of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy has over 34 years of experience in the world of Tai Chi. The art of Tai Chi is a constant learning process and gentle exercise, suitable for all ages. In addition, Tai Chi will help you with your stretching, focus and balance.
The Cost of classes is $20.00 for 4 sessions. This covers the cost of the hall and a small monthly donation to the Canadian Tai Chi Academy.
