The AICMC delivers water samples to Kingston Public Health Labs three times per year to ensure the safety of your drinking water.
How to Submit Your Water Sample
- Pick up your water test bottle from the General Store
- Collect your water sample the day before or morning of drop-off
- Complete the requisition form (instructions below)
- Place your bottle in the labeled cooler at the General Store by 9:30 AM on November 25th
Completing Your Requisition Form
- Must be filled out by the homeowner with their information
- Use complete dates and times (e.g., "November 23, 2025" and "4:00 PM")
- Fill out all sections completely
Sample Collection & Storage
- Keep your water sample below 25°C (store in refrigerator until delivery)
- Save the barcode from the bottle with the blue card to obtain results
Getting Your Results
You have two options:
- By mail: Results will be mailed to the address on your requisition
- Pick up at lab: Only the person listed on the requisition can collect results in person
Results are typically available the day after testing.
